My Favorite Scale

Description

I have used so many scales in my pastry career and spent way too much on fancy scales that were very delicate, didn’t travel well or were to big. You all need a scale to scale your recipe to have consistent ideal results. A good scale must be:

  1. affordable
  2. easy to use
  3. scale 1 gram up to 5 kg: an ideal range!
  4. switch from grams to ounces
  5. travel well
  6. easy to get
  7. maintain it’s calibration
