I love the Lakanto Golden (it has maple, brown sugar flavor notes), ideal for cookies, bars, brownies and cakes. My method of using this is for every cup of sugar I use about 1/2 cup of Lakanto (you need to test each recipe individually because all the ingredients play a specific role).
Lakanto classic is amazing as a sugar substitute same rule applies as above.
Lakanto powdered is great for glazes, frostings and also for baking. Play around with it as I don’t have an exact general substitution.
