KitchenAid Mini Mixer

OMG I can’t love this MINI mixer more. Literally. I have 3 and LOVE them! When KitchenAid launched them I fell in love. madly. deeply.

Ideal mixer to do anything really, from small batches to recipe testing this small mixer has the motor of a large artisan mixer and it works beautifully. Best present ever. Don’t get the Artisan model this one is better. I know because I have used all of the KitchenAid models.

If you do recipe development for blogs, cookbooks this mixer is a must because you can make 1/2 a recipe easily. I love all the colors this comes in, grab an extra bowl you will need it 🙂
